Notes that Arizona's 786,000 hunters and anglers contribute $1.2 billion annually in spending, supporting 18,200 jobs that generate $699 million in salaries and wages.

Recognizes that hunters and anglers fund wildlife conservation through license purchases, hunting permits, and excise taxes on ammunition and equipment, contributing to the Arizona Game and Fish Department's stewardship of over 800 native wildlife species.

States that hunting and angling generate $131 million in state and local taxes and $156 million in federal taxes annually, with angling alone generating nearly $900 million in retail sales.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and all Arizona members of Congress.
