Arizona Legislature applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call a convention of states for proposing constitutional amendments limited to three subjects: imposing fiscal restraints on federal government, limiting federal power and jurisdiction, and limiting terms of office for federal officials and members of Congress.

Application is a continuing application until at least two-thirds of state legislatures apply on the same subjects.

Application is automatically revoked if used to call a convention or conduct a convention for any purpose other than the three specified subjects regarding fiscal restraints, federal power limits, or term limits.

Arizona delegates to the convention are instructed to not support any term limits for members of Congress that would limit their years in office to fewer than twelve years.

Arizona Secretary of State must transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Congress members, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.
