AZ SCR1009

Proposes a measure for voter approval that would repeal Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-751, 15-752, 15-753, 15-754, and 15-755 relating to English language education requirements in public schools.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election.

Requires the Legislative Council Staff to prepare conforming legislation to the Arizona Revised Statutes for consideration in the fifty-fourth legislature's first regular session if the measure is approved.
