Recognizes the Lions Clubs on their centennial anniversary in 2017, marking 100 years since the organization's founding in 1917.

Acknowledges that Lions Clubs were founded by Arizona native Melvin Jones and constitute the largest humanitarian and community service organization in the world with over 1.4 million members.

Honors the Lions Clubs' vision service work dating to 1925, when they became known as Helen Keller's "Knights of the Blind in the crusade against darkness," including thousands of free vision screenings provided annually to Arizona students.

Notes that Arizonan Joe Preston served as President of Lions Clubs International from 2014 to 2015.

Extends recognition from the Arizona Legislature to Lions Clubs members, past and present, for their record of community service.
