Recognizes that Latina business owners represent the fastest-growing segment of women-owned businesses, with Latina-owned firms increasing 206% nationally over 17 years and generating $71.1 billion in revenue.

Highlights organizations including the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Local First Arizona, and Fuerza Local that provide training, capacity-building, and technical assistance programs to Latina business owners.

Calls for the Legislature to recognize and encourage the continued development and success of Arizona's Latina business leaders.
