Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 40-425 to revise penalties for public service corporations that violate state constitutional or statutory provisions or fail to comply with Arizona Corporation Commission orders, rules, or requirements.

Changes gender-specific language from "which" to "that" and from "his" to "the person's" for grammatical modernization.

Establishes that violations continuing day-to-day constitute one offense, and the actions of any officer, agent, or employee acting within their duties are attributable to the corporation.

Limits remedies for violations related to electric generation resource requirements specified in constitutional or commission rules to civil penalties only, excluding criminal or other remedies.
