Amends section 32-506 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add exemptions from cosmetology licensing requirements.

Exempts persons who dry, style, arrange, dress, curl, hot iron or shampoo and condition hair, provided the service does not include application of reactive chemicals to permanently straighten, curl or alter hair structure.

Exemption does not apply if the person is engaging in the practice of aesthetics or cosmetology.

Requires persons using this exemption to post a conspicuous sign notifying the public that their services are not regulated by the board.
