AZ HB2012

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-828 regarding proxy voting at political party meetings.

Establishes that state committee members may only give proxies to qualified electors from their own county, and county committee members may only give proxies to qualified electors from their own precinct.

Limits each qualified elector attending a meeting to voting no more than two proxies total.

Specifies that proxies are valid only for the duration of the meeting for which they are given.

Requires all proxies to be attested by either a notary public or two witnesses.
