Repeals section 41-3018.03 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Adds section 41-3026.03 establishing July 1, 2026 as the termination date for the Arizona beef council.

Repeals Title 3, chapter 11, article 2 and the new termination section on January 1, 2027.

Continues the Arizona beef council as a self-financed program to market, develop, maintain and expand state, national and foreign markets for Arizona beef and beef products.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively from July 1, 2018.
