Prohibits nondisclosure agreements from preventing parties from responding to inquiries by peace officers or prosecutors regarding violations or alleged violations of sexual assault or sexual harassment laws (Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapters 14 and 35).

Allows parties to make statements in criminal proceedings without violating nondisclosure agreements, including statements made in grand jury proceedings, depositions, hearings, trials, and sentencing proceedings.

Prevents parties from losing contract consideration or being required to return payments already received if they exercise rights under this section.

Prohibits the use of public monies as consideration for nondisclosure agreements related to allegations of sexual assault or sexual harassment.

Clarifies that the law cannot be used to enforce nondisclosure agreements and defines key terms including "criminal proceeding" and "nondisclosure agreement."
