Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3101 to add bump-fire devices, trigger cranks, and rate-of-fire accelerators to the definition of prohibited weapons.

Prohibits any part, combination of parts, component, device, attachment, or accessory designed or functioning to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle without converting it into a machine gun.

Defines "machine gun" and "semiautomatic rifle" by reference to federal law (26 U.S.C. § 5845(b) and 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(28) respectively).

Maintains existing exemptions for firearms and devices lawfully possessed, manufactured, or transferred in compliance with federal law.
