Adds section 32-3226 to Arizona Revised Statutes establishing a prohibition on dosage limits for Schedule II controlled substances used in pain management.

Prohibits the state, state departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and political subdivisions from limiting morphine milligram equivalents per day for Schedule II controlled substances prescribed by authorized health professionals.

Applies to any health professional authorized under Arizona law to prescribe controlled substances.
