• Adds definition of "revocation" to specify cancellation period of two years unless otherwise specified, with reinstatement requests allowed before expiration upon executive director review.

• Adds definition of "satellite pharmacy" as remote extension of centrally licensed hospital pharmacy located on hospital campus, not requiring separate permit.
