Amends Arizona campaign finance law to require corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations to register and notify filing officers within one day of making contributions exceeding specified thresholds to influence candidate elections.

Sets registration thresholds at $5,000 aggregate for statewide races, $2,500 aggregate for legislative races, and $1,000 aggregate for local races within a single jurisdiction.

Requires registration filings to include the entity's name and address, the authorizing person's name and contact information, contribution amounts, recipient names, candidate names and races, and whether contributions support or oppose candidates.

Imposes civil penalties of up to three times the total contribution amount for failure to register or disclose as required, enforceable by the attorney general, county attorney, or city/town attorney.

Makes knowingly false filings a Class 1 misdemeanor and requires filing officers to obtain notarized sworn statements within five days verifying the entity's authority to make contributions.
