Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-925 to expand disclosure requirements for independent expenditures by corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations that are not registered political committees.

Requires advertisements funded by these entities to disclose "paid for by" the entity name and whether any candidate authorized the expenditure.

Requires disclosure of the four largest funding sources contributing to the entity making the expenditure, and specifies that out-of-state contributors or groups must be identified as such in the disclosure statement.

Requires corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations making independent expenditures that accept donations or contributions to file campaign finance reports with the filing officer.

Maintains existing exemptions for social media messages, text messages, small items like bumper stickers, and communications by tax-exempt organizations solely to their members.
