AZ HB2066

Establishes a medical marijuana fund consisting of fees, civil penalties, and private donations, grants, gifts, contributions, and devises, to be administered by the department.

Authorizes the director to spend monies from the medical marijuana fund for enforcement of the medical marijuana chapter and youth education and messaging on marijuana dangers to prevent youth use.

Specifies that monies in the medical marijuana fund do not revert to the state general fund at the end of each fiscal year.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for this act to be effective, pursuant to the Arizona Constitution.
