Adds new subsection J to Section 36-2811 ARS, allowing probation officers, parole officers, and community supervision officers to prohibit registered qualifying patients from possessing or using medical marijuana as a condition of probation, community supervision, or parole for certain convictions or adjudications.

Applies to individuals serving sentences for offenses under Title 8 Chapter 3 (criminal organizations), Title 13 Chapter 34 (sexual offender registration), or Title 28 Chapter 4 (traffic offenses).

Maintains existing protections for registered qualifying patients and designated caregivers under other provisions of the medical marijuana law, except where prohibited under probation or parole conditions.

Makes conforming changes to existing statutory language to clarify that protections under Section 36-2811 do not apply when subsection J conditions are imposed.

Requires passage by affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature to become effective.
