Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-301 regarding reporting requirements for insurance producers.

Requires insurance producers to report criminal convictions to the director within 30 days of the filing date of the conviction rather than within 30 days after the initial pretrial hearing date.

Requires the report to include a copy of the indictment, information or complaint filed, the final judgment entered by the court, and all other relevant legal documents related to the conviction.

Maintains existing requirement for insurance producers to report administrative actions taken against them in other jurisdictions or by other governmental agencies within 30 days after final disposition.
