Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-1119 regarding the construction and interpretation of insurance policies.

Allows insurers to issue translated insurance policies in languages other than English without the translation amplifying, extending, or modifying the terms of the English version.

Requires translated policies to include a prominent disclaimer on the cover page in the translated language, displayed in contrasting color or bold-faced type.

Disclaimer must state: "The English language version of this policy controls in the event of a conflict or varying interpretation of the coverage provided under this policy."

Became effective April 12, 2018.
