Requires tanning facilities to post a conspicuous sign stating that it is unlawful to allow minors under 18 to use tanning devices.

Mandates tanning facilities maintain customer records for at least two years after last use, including customer name, age, date/time of use, duration of use, and any known injuries or illnesses resulting from device use.

Prohibits tanning facilities from advertising or distributing promotional materials claiming that using tanning devices is safe, risk-free, or will result in medical or health benefits.
