Authorizes trained school district and charter school employees to administer epinephrine auto-injectors to pupils or adults experiencing anaphylactic shock at school or school-sponsored activities under a standing order from a medical professional.

Permits schools to stock two or more juvenile and two or more adult doses of epinephrine auto-injectors at each school location pursuant to a standing order.

Allows schools to accept monetary donations, apply for grants, or participate in third-party programs to obtain epinephrine auto-injectors at fair market, free, or reduced prices.

Requires the state board of education to adopt rules prescribing annual training for designated school personnel in epinephrine auto-injector administration and training for all school site personnel on recognizing anaphylactic shock symptoms.

Provides civil liability immunity to medical professionals, school districts, charter schools, and employees for good faith implementation of these requirements, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing.
