Requires private prison contractors that provide detention or incarceration services in Arizona to disclose all records relating to costs, operations, staff, and inmates upon request.

Makes private contractors subject to the same public records disclosure requirements as state, county, and municipal prisons and jails.

Applies to any private contractor that has a contract with a governmental entity to provide detention or incarceration services for offenders in Arizona.
