Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-452 regarding prohibited inducements in insurance transactions.

Increases the monetary threshold for prohibited tangible property inducements from $25 to $100.

Permits insurers to retain independent third parties to conduct customer feedback efforts (surveys, focus groups, interviews, questionnaires) with reasonable incentives to participate.

Limits feedback effort incentives to a presumed reasonable maximum of $200 and prohibits offering or promoting such incentives in connection with insurance applications or renewals.

Maintains existing prohibitions on offering employment, securities, advisory board contracts, or other special inducements to insureds or prospective insureds.
