AZ HB2104

Amends Arizona's clean elections law to apply to county-level candidates for board of supervisors, assessor, county attorney, recorder, school superintendent, sheriff, and treasurer.

Requires county candidates to collect a minimum of 200 qualifying contributions and file reports with the county officer in charge of elections.

Establishes primary election spending limits based on county population: $1,500 for counties under 150,000 people; $5,000 for counties with 150,000-499,999 people; $16,000 for counties with 500,000 or more people.

Requires a three-fourths vote in both legislative chambers to enact this section, as mandated by the Arizona Constitution.
