State Board of Education shall contract with a provider through request for proposals to deliver an online test preparation system for college admissions tests covering language arts, mathematics, and science.

The online system must allow independent student access, provide study materials and practice tests, enable progress reporting to administrators and parents, and include an online dashboard with diagnostic assessments.

Provider must deliver training and professional development to school district and charter school personnel on system use and teacher-assisted instruction methods.

School districts and charter schools receiving state funding for college readiness assessments must encourage system use and inform parents and students of availability and access procedures.

$800,000 appropriated from state general fund for fiscal year 2018-2019 to fund the online test preparation system, with availability starting in 2018-2019 school year (immediate access for 11th grade students).
