Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-2101 to apply the recreational vehicle long-term rental space act to spaces rented for more than 180 consecutive days under a written rental agreement.

Extends the chapter's application to park model or park trailer spaces rented for more than 180 consecutive days without requiring a written lease to be executed.

Excludes from the chapter's application mobile homes, manufactured homes, factory-built buildings, and properties with one or two recreational vehicle rental spaces.

Prohibits state agencies and individual courts from adopting or enforcing rules requiring mandatory or technical forms for notice or pleadings in forcible entry or detainer actions, provided the form meets statutory requirements for content and formatting.
