Changes Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-326 to modify the authority of school district governing boards regarding lawsuits and property transactions.

Replaces mandatory language ("shall") with permissive language ("may") for school district governing boards to sue and be sued in the district name.

Replaces mandatory language ("shall") with permissive language ("may") for school district governing boards to hold and convey property for the use and benefit of the district.
