Amends Section 36-425.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding licensure of home health agencies.

Allows the department to issue licenses to home health agencies without a state licensure survey if they submit an application and meet three requirements: Medicare certification, at least one year of department licensure, and compliance with all department licensure requirements.

Specifies that the department retains full authority over licensed home health agencies to ensure licensure requirements are maintained.

Clarifies that "home health agency" has the same meaning as prescribed in Section 36-151 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
