Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-605 regarding health menaces in public places.

Changes the word "which" to "that" in the statute describing common towels or drinking cups in public facilities.

Replaces "wash house" with "washhouse" (single word) for grammatical consistency.

Applies to barber shops, washhouses, public lavatories, and other public places where common towels or drinking cups may be used by multiple people.

Maintains the classification of providing such common items as a petty offense.
