Amends section 36-2907, Arizona Revised Statutes, to add chiropractic services as a covered health and medical service under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), provided the services are ordered by a primary care physician or primary care practitioner and performed by a licensed chiropractor.

Prohibits the use of hospital assessment fund monies to pay for chiropractic services under AHCCCS.

Requires AHCCCS administration to prescribe qualifying conditions, provider qualifications, and require contractors to report on chiropractic service usage and associated cost savings compared to alternative treatments.

Mandates AHCCCS submit a cost savings determination report to the governor, legislature, and secretary of state by January 1, 2022.

Repeals the chiropractic services provision effective June 30, 2022, subject to federal approval by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
