Amends section 15-183, Arizona Revised Statutes, to modify property transfer procedures when charter schools close or cease operations.

All property accumulated by a closing charter school shall be transferred to the school district within which the charter school was located.

If a closed charter school is not located within the boundaries of a school district, its accumulated property shall be transferred to the nearest school district.

No other changes are made to existing charter school requirements regarding applications, sponsorship, operations, renewals, or oversight procedures.
