Prohibits school district and charter school employees and agents from using school resources (money, facilities, vehicles, equipment, personnel, technology, etc.) for religious purposes.

Prevents school employees acting in official capacity from giving students written religious materials.

Does not restrict civil and religious liberties guaranteed by state and federal constitutions.

Requires the Arizona Attorney General to publish guidelines on prohibited activities and allows school attorneys to request legal opinions on whether proposed resource use violates the law.

Authorizes the Attorney General or county attorney to file lawsuits in superior court to enforce compliance with the statute.
