Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-4028 to modify exemptions from manufactured housing dealer licensing requirements.

Expands the real estate licensure exemption to apply to persons licensed under title 32, chapter 20 (rather than specifically naming brokers and salesmen under section 32-2122).

Adds new subsection (d) creating an exemption for real estate licensees acting as agents for licensed manufactured housing dealers when selling new manufactured homes, provided the dealer handles all required paperwork and fee submissions.

Clarifies that real estate licensees selling used manufactured homes in mobile home parks on behalf of private parties remain subject to real estate licensure requirements under title 32, chapter 20.

Retains existing exemptions for contractors, court-appointed representatives, public officers, financial institutions, and private purchasers selling two or fewer units annually.
