Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-1326 regarding blood testing procedures for driving under the influence cases.

Corrects a reference error by changing "director of the department of health services" to "director of the department of public safety" in the rules governing blood alcohol concentration analysis.

Maintains existing provisions that permit the director to issue permits to qualified analysts and revoke permits from analysts who fail to accurately test blood or bodily substances for alcohol concentration.
