• Expands relocation radius from 50 miles to 100 miles for tenants receiving moving expenses from the fund.

• Increases maximum relocation payments for park trailers and park models to $4,000 when relocated due to change in use.

• Increases security deposit or surety bond limit from $1,000 to $2,500 for mobile home removals when the responsible party is not licensed.

• Applies new relocation fund provisions to park models and park trailers located in recreational vehicle parks or mobile home parks rented for more than 180 consecutive days.
