Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-481 and 15-491 regarding school district budget overrides and bond elections.

Requires school districts to include a statement in budget override and bond election materials showing total per pupil revenues from all funding sources (federal, state, and local) for capital and noncapital expenditures from the most recent available superintendent of public instruction annual report.

Applies the per pupil revenue disclosure requirement to budget override elections under subsections E, F, I, J, L, and M of section 15-481 and to class B bond elections and impact aid revenue bond elections under section 15-491.

Allows school district governing boards to include additional per pupil revenue or expenditure information in election materials at their discretion.
