Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-226 to expand the definition of nonpartisan elections to include school district, city, and town elections that are not held concurrently with general elections.

Requires nonpartisan elections and elections held by school districts, cities, or towns that are not concurrent with general elections to be called no later than 120 days before the election date.

Changes the definition of "nonpartisan" from elections by special districts to also encompass elections by school districts, cities, and towns not held concurrently with general elections.

Replaces reference to "chapter" with "article" in the statute's definitional section.
