Amends Section 42-18106, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding the county treasurer's preparation of delinquent tax lists and notices of sale.

Requires the notice of sale to include the property account number (if available) in addition to the legal description and parcel number of the property.

Adds new requirement that counties make available to the public on a county website the description of property associated with a parcel number.

Preserves existing provisions allowing the board of supervisors to pursue alternative remedies for delinquent taxes without issuing a notice of sale.
