AZ HB2207

Requires each licensing authority to provide digital recordings of all meetings (except executive sessions) in addition to existing Arizona public meeting law requirements.

Mandates posting digital recordings on the licensing authority's website within 5 days of the meeting and retaining them for at least 3 years.

Requires posting all final decisions, orders, and actions taken by the licensing authority on its website within 5 days of the meeting and retaining them for at least 3 years, with exceptions for sections 32-3214 and 41-1092.09.

Directs the Department of Administration to study costs associated with complete audiovisual recordings of licensing authority meetings, including equipment, software, website posting, and retention for 3-5 years, with a report due October 1, 2018.

Takes effect December 31, 2018.
