Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1750 regarding the central state repository's duties for collecting and disseminating criminal history records and criminal justice information.

Requires chief officers of criminal justice agencies to annually provide information to the department concerning crimes manifesting evidence of prejudice based on race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender or disability, including a report of zero crimes if appropriate.

Establishes that the annual prejudice crime reporting must include the number of crimes manifesting evidence of prejudice for the year.

Maintains existing provisions governing fingerprinting requirements, dispositions reporting, criminal history record access, and security safeguards for criminal justice information systems.
