Requires the Arizona Department of Corrections director to provide female inmates with an unlimited supply of feminine hygiene products upon request, including tampons, sanitary napkins, menstrual sponges, and menstrual cups.

Prohibits the department from charging female inmates any fee for feminine hygiene products, notwithstanding any other law.

Appropriates $80,000 from the state general fund to the Department of Corrections in fiscal year 2018-2019 for purchasing feminine hygiene products.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions in Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry forward.

Declares legislative intent to ensure dignity of all female inmates in the correctional system by providing access to menstrual hygiene products.
