Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-1019 to reduce the maximum allowed size of political signs in non-residential areas from 32 square feet to 24 square feet.

Maintains the 16 square foot maximum size limit for political signs in residential areas.

Political signs must include the name and telephone number or website address of the candidate or campaign committee contact person.

Cities, towns, and counties may remove non-compliant political signs after providing 24 hours notice to the candidate or campaign committee, and must retain removed signs for at least 10 business days for retrieval.

Protections for political sign placement apply during the 60-day period before a primary election through 15 days after the general election.
