Amends section 32-2071.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding state board of psychologist examiners licensure requirements.

Adds the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System as an alternative accrediting body for doctoral psychology programs, alongside the existing American Psychological Association accreditation requirement.

Allows applicants licensed to practice psychology independently in other U.S. or Canadian jurisdictions to meet Arizona education requirements if they hold a certificate of professional qualification from the association of state and provincial psychology boards, are credentialed by the national register of health service providers with five years independent practice experience, or are diplomates of the American board of professional psychology.

Maintains existing requirements that applicants demonstrate satisfactory professional records, pass required examinations, and have no history of license refusal, revocation, suspension, or restriction for unprofessional conduct.
