Increases Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AZPOST) board membership from 13 to 15 members.

Adds two retired law enforcement officers to the board who retired with rank of patrolman or sergeant and have extensive knowledge of use of force incidents, discipline, and officer due process rights.

Maintains existing board composition including sheriffs, police chiefs, college faculty, state officials, correctional administrators, certified officers, and public members.

Requires prospective board members to submit fingerprints for state and federal criminal records checks before gubernatorial appointment.

Preserves existing provisions on board chair appointment, meeting requirements, three-year member terms, and travel expense reimbursement eligibility.
