Extends the time period for issuing writs of execution on judgments from 5 years to 10 years after entry or renewal of judgment under Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-1551.

Extends the time period for renewing judgments by action from 5 years to 10 years after the date of judgment under § 12-1611.

Extends the renewal period for affidavit-based judgment renewal from 5 years to 10 years, including for successive renewal affidavits under § 12-1612.

Changes judgment lien duration from 5 years to 10 years from the date judgment is given on real property, with exception for state civil judgments and support judgments which remain in effect until satisfied under § 33-964.

Exempts criminal restitution orders, child support/spousal maintenance orders, juvenile supervision fee judgments, and civil judgments obtained by the state from the 10-year limitation period.
