Requires violators of the new wrong-way driving statute to attend and complete approved traffic survival school educational sessions.

Defines "wrong way" as vehicular movement opposing the legal flow of traffic, excluding median crossings or vehicles stopped facing the wrong way after collisions.

Adds wrong-way driving while under the influence as an aggravated DUI offense (subsection A, paragraph 5), classified as a class 4 felony with a minimum 4-month prison sentence.

Requires DUI violators convicted under the wrong-way driving provision to pay the same fines and assessments as other aggravated DUI convictions, including mandatory ignition interlock device installation.
