Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3961 to modify bail eligibility for persons charged with sexual conduct with a minor and molestation of a child by removing the age restriction of "under fifteen years of age" from the offense descriptions.

Redefines sexual conduct with a minor as not bailable when the victim is under thirteen years of age and the person was at least eighteen years old, or when the victim was thirteen or fourteen years old and the person was at least ten years older than the victim.

Redefines molestation of a child as not bailable under the same age-based circumstances as sexual conduct with a minor.

Maintains existing bail prohibitions for capital offenses, sexual assault, serious felony offenses involving illegal immigration status, and offenses involving substantial danger to others or the community.
