Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 31-129 to update the definition of prohibited substances that cannot be knowingly brought into a jail or jail grounds.

Replaces outdated language listing "opium, morphine, cocaine or other narcotic" with modern classifications of "marijuana, narcotic drug or dangerous drug" as defined in Section 13-3401.

Maintains existing prohibitions on bringing intoxicating liquor, firearms, weapons, or explosives into a jail.

Preserves the criminal penalty of a class 5 felony for unauthorized persons who violate the statute.

Adds a definitions section specifying that "marijuana," "narcotic drug," and "dangerous drug" have the same meanings as prescribed in Arizona's drug classification statute.
