Department of Public Safety shall electronically provide data extracts from the Arizona computerized criminal history system twice yearly to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission regarding sexual assault records under A.R.S. § 13-1406.

Arizona Criminal Justice Commission must maintain records on sexual assaults including the number of police reports filed, charges filed, convictions obtained, and sentences imposed.

Commission shall annually submit its report to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, secretary of state, and director of the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records.

Reports may be submitted electronically and shall track sexual assault data separately from general criminal statistics.
