Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-341 regarding school district governing board powers and duties, specifically modifying concussion management policies for student athletes.

Expands the definition of "health care provider" authorized to clear students for return-to-play after suspected concussions from a specific list (physicians, athletic trainers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) to any "licensed health care professional who has been trained to evaluate and manage concussions and head injuries."

Maintains existing requirements that students suspected of concussion be immediately removed from play, can return same-day only if a health care provider rules out concussion, and must receive written clearance from a trained health care provider before returning to play on subsequent days.

Provides immunity from civil liability for health care provider volunteers who give clearance based on good faith implementation of concussion requirements, except in cases of gross negligence or willful neglect.
